Job summary

DSS Imagetech Pvt Ltd in Nagpur hires a field Sales professional to drive growth in Histopathology and Diagnostics across the West region. You will manage sales targets, visit customers, and collaborate with the Application Support team to resolve samples and complaints.

The candidate should have 2–5 years of sales experience in life sciences, preferably in pathology or microbiology, and be willing to travel 7–10 days outside the base location to establish new business and conduct CMEs/workshops.

• Willing to travel 7–10 days monthly outside base location.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills; ability to build relationships with KOLs and customers.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and collection targets for histopathology/diagnostics in the West region.

Job Description:

• 2-5 years of experience in sales of Histopathology / Diagnostics / Molecular products in the West region.
• Responsible for sales and collection targets in his/her territory.
• Regular customer visits, with a minimum of 7-10 days of travelling outside the base location.
• Creating new customers / establishing new business & monitoring sales prospects.
• Coordination with the Application Support team regarding complaint resolution and sample handling.
• Market development through CMEs / Workshops/ Conferences.
• On-time reports on competitor activity and other reports are required.

Job Specification:

• The candidate should have experience with IHC, RT-PCR, and CE/NGS, which will be an advantage.
• Should have a good customer service attitude and be willing to travel.
• Self-starter with minimum guidelines needed to perform the task.
• Problem-solving attitude and willing to take on multiple tasks.
• Good Communication and able to express and set the right expectations with customers.
• Should have good relations with KOLs & important customers in the region.

Qualification:

Science graduate (BSc/MSc), preferably in Pathology or Microbiology.

Experience: 2-5 yrs.
