Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them pick jewellery matching preferences, occasions and budget.
• Demonstrate product features, design and pricing with clear explanations.
• Aim to achieve individual and store sales targets consistently.
• Maintain counter displays and visual merchandising as per KISNA guidelines.
• Process billing, payments and customer documentation accurately.
• Build long-term relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
• Resolve customer queries and ensure satisfaction.
• Support in-store operations including stock handling, cleanliness and SOP compliance.
