Job summary

ND JEWELS is seeking a customer-focused showroom sales professional with 1–5 years of jewellery retail experience to join our Ahmedabad showroom. You will welcome customers, understand their needs, and present jewellery designs with clear explanations of craftsmanship, features, and pricing.

You will drive counter sales, manage enquiries and demonstrations, and work toward achieving personal and store sales targets while building lasting customer relationships and referrals.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience preferred in jewellery retail.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Coordinate with the Store, Inventory and Accounts teams whenever required.
• Follow all Company policies, sales procedures and security protocols.
