Job summary

Finansh is seeking a Sales Executive to visit businesses across Pune, introduce Finansh and arrange meetings with interested business owners. Our senior team will handle detailed discussions and closing.

You will travel daily across Pune, explain loan options and capture basic funding needs. This role offers opportunities to learn about business loans while supporting the sales team in generating qualified meetings.

Qualifications

• Previous field sales experience is mandatory.
• Experience meeting business owners or selling loans is preferred.
• Confident and polite when meeting new people, with good listening skills.
• Good Marathi and Hindi communication, with basic English.
• Comfortable travelling daily across Pune.
• Access to a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
• Reliable and consistent with follow-ups.
• Able to maintain basic records using a smartphone or computer.
• Willing to learn about business loans and Finansh’s services.
