Job summary

Gawade Green Power Pvt. Ltd. in Pune, Maharashtra, is seeking a motivated Sales Executive with 2–4 years of experience in the generator or power solutions industry to identify potential clients, generate leads, close sales, and build long-term relationships.

You will promote diesel generators, AMCs and related services, maintain regular follow-up with customers, prepare quotations, and coordinate with service teams to ensure orders are fulfilled.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years in Sales, preferably in Generator or Power industry.
• Graduate/Post Graduate; Engineering/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and visit potential customers in industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.
• Promote and sell diesel generators (DG sets), AMCs, and related services.
• Generate leads through cold calls, field visits, references, and online platforms.
• Prepare and present quotations based on customer power requirements.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
• Maintain regular follow-up with existing clients for repeat business and AMC renewals.
• Coordinate with service and installation teams for order fulfilment.
• Maintain sales reports and provide feedback to management.

Job Summary

Requirements:

• Experience: 2 to 4 years in Sales, preferably in the Generator or Power industry.

• Education: Graduate/Post Graduate(Engineering/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical preferred but not mandatory).

• Strong communicationand negotiation skills.

• Basic technical knowledge of diesel generators and power backup systems.

• Ability to work independently and meet monthly sales targets.

• Own two-wheeler and valid driving license aremandatory.

• Good local network and knowledge of the Pune market.

Location: Pune, MaharashtraIndustry: Power & Energy / Generator Sales & ServicesExperience: 2 to 4 YearsSalary: ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience & performance)Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
