Job summary

Syno Plywood is seeking a driven field sales professional to drive growth in Patna and nearby districts. The role involves visiting active construction sites, onboarding dealers, and showcasing plywood products with attention to density, strength, and moisture resistance.

You will coordinate orders, collect payments, monitor market trends, and report insights to management. A Graduate with 1–3 years of sales experience in building materials is preferred; a valid two-wheeler license and

Responsibilities

• Visit construction sites, builders, contractors, and designers to pitch Syno Plywood products and generate leads.
• Expand dealer network by onboarding new retail counters, hardware shops, and distributors while maintaining relationships with partners.
• Demonstrate products and discuss technical specs and commercial terms with clients.
• Coordinate order processing, dispatch, and collections from clients and dealers in the territory.
• Track market trends and competitor pricing, sharing regular reports with management.

Role & Responsibilities

• Site Visits & Prospecting: Regularly visit active construction sites, builders, contractors, and interior designers to pitch Syno Plywood products and generate new leads.
• Dealer Network Expansion: Onboard new retail counters, hardware shops, and distributors while maintaining healthy day-to-day relationships with existing channel partners.
• Product Demonstration: Showcase plywood samples, highlight technical specifications (such as density, strength, and moisture resistance), and negotiate commercial terms.
• Order Execution & Follow-up: Coordinate order processing, timely dispatch, and payment collections from clients and dealers in the assigned territory.
• Market Intelligence: Track competitor pricing, active construction projects, and emerging building trends in the local market, sharing regular reports with management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of field sales experience in building materials, plywood, laminates, hardware, or allied construction industries.
• Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA or marketing background is an added advantage).
• Skills: Strong local market knowledge, aggressive target-orientation, excellent negotiation skills, and effective communication in local languages.
• Mobility: Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and a willingness for extensive local travel.
