Myop in Pune invites energetic individuals to join as full-time retail associates. You will greet customers, demonstrate perfumes, and help them identify the right fragrance while achieving daily and monthly targets. This role requires excellent communication across languages, store etiquette, stock handling, and merchandising.

Freshers welcome; graduates with 2 years retail experience preferred. Multilingual ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Candidates with excellent communication skill and with passion towards sales.
• Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages.

Responsabilités

• Working towards monthly and daily targets.
• Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Demonstrating and presenting products.
• Support the customer to identify the right perfume.
• Store cleanliness and merchandising.
• DSR and Daily checklists.
• Placing stock request to HO.
• Validating and receiving stock.
• Handling, resolving customer complaints and escalating to CX dept if required.

• Working towards monthlyand daily targets
