Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) LLP in Coimbatore is hiring for a full-time retail sales role at Brookefields Mall. You will engage customers, showcase perfumes, and drive daily and monthly sales targets while ensuring excellent service.

The candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to speak multiple languages, and a passion for sales. Freshers are welcome to apply, with training provided to successful hires.

Qualificações

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.

Responsabilidades

• Work towards monthly and daily targets.
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Ensure adherence to SOP at store and store etiquette.
• Complete trainings within defined timelines.
• Invite customers to outlet and introduce MYOP concept.
• Demonstrate and present products to customers.
• Help customers identify the right perfume.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising.
• Handle stock requests and validate deliveries from HO.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate when needed.
