Job summary

MM Management Consultant is seeking a Sales Executive for a leading Retail Refrigeration, Cold Room and HVAC client in India. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and promoting refrigeration and cooling solutions across India.

The candidate will drive sales growth by targeting retail chains, supermarkets, dealers, and distributors, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of sales experience in Retail Refrigeration, Cold Room, or related HVAC industry.
• Knowledge of refrigeration systems, cold-room applications, retail display cabinets, or cooling solutions will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers, including retail chains, supermarkets, dealers, and distributors.
• Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities for refrigeration, cold-room, and retail cooling solutions.
• Manage and develop dealer/distributor networks, including onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and market trends.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Installation, Service, and Logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and product developments and provide regular market updates.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer visits, quotations, orders, and follow-ups using Excel.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for client and dealer visits.
