HDFC Life is seeking a Field Sales/BD Manager to grow and manage channel partnerships across multiple locations. The role requires traveling within the assigned area and driving top-line sales, persistency, and product mix while ensuring customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

The candidate should have 6 months to 4 years in sales, with frontline sales experience preferred, and will operate in a field capacity with travel within the region.
