Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume [MYOP] is seeking a Sales Associate for our Kannur store. You will engage customers, demonstrate perfumes, and help identify the right fragrance, while ensuring the store is inviting and well-merchandised.

The role requires excellent communication, eagerness to meet targets, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment in Kerala. Freshers may apply; multilingual candidates are valued.

Qualifications

• Graduates with 2 years retail sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell perfumes and drive monthly and daily targets.
• Invite customers to outlet and introduce the MYOP concept.
• Demonstrate and present products to customers; help identify the right perfume.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising and stock levels.
• Stock audits and daily checklists; place stock requests to HO.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate to CX dept when required.

Job Description

• Working towards monthly and daily targets
• Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.
• Excellent work ethic and time management skills.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Ensure adherence to SOP at store.
• Ensure adherence to Store etiquette and store timing.
• Assist store manager in Stock Management.
• Completion of all trainings within the defined timeline

Handling, resolving customer complaints and escalating to Cx dept if required.
