Job summary

Shri Shyam Associates is seeking a Field Sales Executive to visit local retailers, secure daily orders, and manage the process end-to-end for our wholesale FMCG business.

The role requires field sales experience (FMCG/retail distribution preferred), comfort logging orders via a mobile app, and strong local language/relationship skills. Owning a two-wheeler and a valid license are preferred with fuel costs reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Field Sales: Visit assigned shops daily to pitch products and secure orders.
• App Logging: Enter all shopkeeper orders directly into our mobile app in real-time.
• Order Tracking: Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Payment Collection: Follow up with shopkeepers to collect pending payments and update records.

Requirements:

• Experience in field sales (FMCG/retail distribution preferred).
• Tech-comfortable enough to log orders on a mobile app.
• (Not required but preferred) Owns a two-wheeler and has a valid drivers license (Fuel costs will be reimbursed)
• Strong local language and relationship-building skills
