Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) LLP is seeking a full-time retail sales associate at Chennai International Airport, India. The role focuses on meeting monthly and daily targets, promoting MYOP products, and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of retail sales experience or freshers may apply, with strong communication skills and the ability to speak multiple languages. Training and stock coordination are part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Candidates with excellent communication skills and passion towards sales.
• Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Working towards monthly and daily targets
• Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction
• Excellent work ethic and time management skills
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays
• Ensure adherence to SOP at store
• Ensure adherence to Store etiquette and store timing
• Completion of all trainings within the defined timeline
• Inviting customer to outlet (Customer Approaching)
• Introduce customer to the concept of MYOP
• Demonstrating and presenting products
• Support the customer to identify the right perfume
• Store cleanliness and merchandising
• DSR and Daily checklists
• Placing stock request to HO
• Validating and receiving stock
• Handling, resolving customer complaints and escalating to Cx dept if required
