Billionaire Dream Estate Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru is hiring a Sales Executive – Real Estate to join a growing team.

You will handle qualified leads, meet clients, visit sites, and present projects to close deals. This role requires 1–3 years in real estate sales or related fields, excellent communication, and the ability to work weekends for site visits. Salary ranges from ₹30,000 to ₹60,000 per month, plus performance-based incentives.

Role: Sales Executive – Real Estate

Location: North Bangalore

Experience: 1–3 years in Real Estate Sales / Property Consulting / Business Development

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month*

Plus: Performance-based incentives & bonuses

What you'll do

• Handle qualified leads and prospective buyers
• Understand client requirements, budgets, and preferences
• Conduct client meetings and property/site visits
• Present residential projects
• Explain pricing, payment plans, and investment potential
• Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline
• Negotiate and work towards successful closures
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Build long-term relationships with clients and referral networks

What we're looking for

• 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales / property consulting / business development
