Job summary

Bluorng seeks a Client Advisor to greet customers on the shop floor, offer styling support, and help them connect with the brand. You will create a warm, personalised experience that reflects Bluorng's standard of service and leave customers feeling confident in their choices.

Role includes building long-term client relationships, keeping the store visually sharp, assisting with billing and basic operations, and contributing to team sales during weekends and peak hours, in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fashion retail, lifestyle brands, or customer-facing service roles.
• Strong understanding of styling, fit, and how to guide customers based on their preferences.
• Natural ability to build conversation and make clients feel comfortable.
• Genuine interest in fashion, street culture, and personal style.
• Comfortable working a retail schedule, including weekends and peak hours.
