Job summary

Adroitec Information Systems Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Sales Engineer to promote Industrial 3D Printers and 3D Scanners across manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, and related sectors.

You will lead product demonstrations and technical discussions, translating complex requirements into tailored solutions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field related to manufacturing or automation.
• 2–6 years of experience in technical sales / B2B industrial sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across multiple sectors.
• Promote and sell Industrial 3D Printers, metal and polymer AM solutions, and 3D Scanners.
• Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, live demonstrations, and technical discussions.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable additive manufacturing solutions.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations, and negotiate terms.
• Coordinate with application engineers for demonstrations and PoC activities.
• Build long-term relationships with OEMs, manufacturers, and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain CRM records and provide sales forecasts and market intelligence.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, defence, medical, education, and engineering sectors.
• Promote and sell Industrial 3D Printers, Metal & Polymer Additive Manufacturing solutions, and 3D Scanners.
• Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, live demonstrations, and technical discussions.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable additive manufacturing solutions.
• Generate and qualify leads through field visits, networking, exhibitions, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Coordinate with application engineers and technical teams for product demonstrations and proof-of-concept activities.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with OEMs, manufacturers, research institutions, and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts and market intelligence.
• Represent the company at trade shows, seminars, and industry events.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in technical sales/B2B industrial sales.
• Experience in any of the following industries will be preferred:
• Industrial Machinery
• CAD/CAM/CAE Software

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to understand engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
• Self-motivated with strong customer relationship management skills.
• Experience in solution selling and consultative sales approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
