Job summary

3Ding in Chennai is seeking a Support Engineer – 3D Printing & Maintenance to handle printing services, troubleshoot machines, and assist customers.

Based at Ambattur Industrial Estate, you will operate printing services, repair printers, and provide technical support via email, chat, and calls.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in 3D Printing, machine maintenance, or technical support.
• Hands-on experience with FDM/SLA 3D printers (assembly, calibration & troubleshooting).
• Basic 3D Design skills (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or similar).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage 3D Printing services for customers.
• Troubleshoot & repair 3D Printers, ensuring smooth operations.
• Assist customers with technical support (email, chat & calls).
