Job summary

Deltoncontrol & Switchgears LLP is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive B2B sales for LV/MV switchgear and automation solutions from our Bengaluru South (on-site) base. You will build and manage industrial client accounts, present technical solutions, and close orders with strong negotiation and follow-through.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant B2B sales experience, a diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, and willingness to travel as needed to meet client requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 3–5 years of dedicated B2B sales experience in electrical switchgear.
• Solid technical foundation in LV/MV switchgear and related components.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target industrial and commercial accounts to generate qualified leads.
• Present and advise on LV/MV switchgear and automation solutions; perform basic product demonstrations.
• Draft quotations, negotiate terms, and close orders with clients.
• Coordinate with logistics and support teams to ensure timely delivery and order tracking.

Job Summary

• Role: Sales Engineer
• Location: Bengaluru South, Karnataka (On-site)
• Core Objective: Drive industrial B2B sales for electrical switchgear solutions, manage client accounts, and bridge technical requirements with commercial execution.

Key Responsibilities & Work Module

• 1. Business Development & Prospecting
• Identify and target industrial and commercial accounts to generate qualified leads.
• Map regional markets, pitch LV/MV switchgear and automation solutions, and consistently drive revenue targets.
• 2. Technical Consultation & Solutioning
• Evaluate client specifications and provide accurate, application-appropriate product recommendations.
• Deliver basic product demonstrations and technical clarifications on electrical components.
• 3. Commercial Negotiation & Closure
• Draft competitive commercial quotations, handle pricing negotiations, and close orders effectively.
• 4. Post-Sales Coordination & Fulfillment
• Coordinate internally with logistics, dispatch, and technical support teams to ensure timely delivery and seamless order tracking.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of dedicated B2B sales experience within the electrical switchgear industry.
