Job summary

Trelleborg India Private Limited söker en erfaren Sales Engineer – Bangalore eller Chennai, baserad i Bangalore. Du kommer att arbeta med nyckelkunder inom Off Highway-segmentet och driva lönsam tillväxt genom hela produktportföljen.

Qualifications

• BE i mekanisk ingenjörsvetenskap krävs.
• 5–8 års erfarenhet av försäljning & marknadsföring mot OEMs eller direkta konton.
• Kännedom om maskiner och komponenter där tätningar används.
• Kännedom om hydraulsystem.
• Vana vid designprinciper och tolkning av tekniska specifikationer.

Responsibilities

• Ansvarig för årlig affärsplan och intäktsgenerering i angivet område.
• Bygga och utveckla befintliga kunder i hela territoriet.
• Ansvara för AR och C-form-samlingar.
• Fungera som huvudkontakt mellan kunden och bolagets huvudkontor.
• Identifiera marknadstrender och konkurrensbeteende.
• Kommunicera tekniska krav och implementeringsdetaljer skriftligt och muntligt.
• Bibehålla hög kundnöjdhet och följa QMS-dokumentation.
• Arbeta mot individuella och teambaserade mål.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer – Bangalore or Chennai to join our Sales Department. This position is based in Bangalore.

As an Sales Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring profitable growth in identified Off Highway Segment key accounts of the South region & promote entire range of products offered by the company in these key accounts.

To serve the key accounts by offering on field & off the field solutions & ensure customer satisfaction level.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparation of annual business plan for revenue generation for the given area.
• Responsible to build and grow existing customers in entire territory.
• Responsible for AR and C-form collections.
• Need to understand the customer needs & be a key interface between the customer & Corporate Office.
• Responsible for identifying market and competitive trends.
• Responsible for communicating technical design requirements, constraints functionality and implementation details verbally and in formal documentations.
• Responsible for maintaining and improving customer satisfaction level.
• Responsible to maintain all quality management records as required by the QMS.
• Responsible for individual as well as team target.

About The Ideal Candidate

Education & Experience

• BE in Mechanical Engineering
• 5-8 years of experience in handling the Sales & Marketing with Original Equipment Manufacturers(OEM’s) or Direct Accounts
• Knowledge about the machineries and its parts where seals is getting used.
• Knowledge on Hydraulics
• Conversant with Design basics & able to understand Technical Specs

Competencies

• Strong communication, attitude, analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills
• Strong technical aptitude beneficial
