HDFC Life is seeking a Corporate Agency Manager - Banca for Bancassurance sales. This field role requires traveling within the assigned location to meet channel partner teams and customers, with targets focused on top-line growth, persistency, and product mix.

Candidates must demonstrate integrity, passion to perform, and strong verbal and written communication along with influencing abilities. Graduation in any stream is acceptable.

You will also accompany the channel partner teams on pre and post sales such as claim settlement.

About the channel

Bancassurance is the largest sales channel of HDFC Life which includes selling life insurance through Bancassurance partners like HDFC Bank.

With its vision to be the highest performing Bancassurance channel in the industry, the team has its presence in 400+ locations in the country.

Age: 21 - 38 years

Education: Graduation in any stream

Minimum Sales Experience: 6 months to 4 years
