Job summary

HDFC Life invites applications for Corporate Agency Manager - Banca in India. This field role requires travel within the assigned location to engage with Bancassurance channel partners and customers to drive life insurance sales.

You will be evaluated on meeting targets such as top line growth, persistency, and product mix, by collaborating with channel partners and supporting both pre- and post-sales activities including claim settlements. Graduation in any stream is acceptable.

As a Front Line Sales employee in Bancassurance channel, you will network with assigned channel partner teams to build win-win business relationship and ensure high performance by selling life insurance products.

What does the job entail?

You will also accompany the channel partner teams on pre and post sales such as claim settlement.

Age: 21 - 38 years

Education: Graduation in any stream

Minimum Sales Experience: 6 months to 4 years
