HDFC Life is seeking a Corporate Agency Manager - Banca to drive Bancassurance partnerships and field sales across assigned locations. The role involves extensive travel to meet channel partner teams and customers, with a clear focus on achieving top-line growth, persistency, and optimal product mix.

You will support pre- and post-sales activities, including claim settlements, while adopting technology-enabled sales tools to ensure compliant, efficient operations.

As a Front Line Sales employee in Bancassurance channel, you will network with assigned channel partner teams to build win-win business relationship and ensure high performance by selling life insurance products.

What does the job entail?

It is a field job. You will have to travel within the assigned location to meet channel partner teams and customers.

You will also accompany the channel partner teams on pre and post sales such as claim settlement.

Bancassurance is the largest sales channel of HDFC Life which includes selling life insurance through Bancassurance partners like HDFC Bank.

With its vision to be the highest performing Bancassurance channel in the industry, the team has its presence in 400+ locations in the country.

Age: 21 - 38 years

Education: Graduation in any stream

Minimum Sales Experience: 6 months to 4 years
