Job summary

HDFC Life is seeking a Corporate Agency Manager - Banca to drive Bancassurance sales through partner banks. This field role requires traveling within the assigned location to meet channel partner teams and customers, and to achieve top-line, persistency and product-mix targets.

You will build rewarding relationships, demonstrate strong communication and influencing skills, and support pre- and post-sales activities including claim settlements, while upholding regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any stream.
• Minimum sales experience: 6 months to 4 years.
• Willingness to travel within assigned location.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the assigned location to meet channel partner teams and customers.

As a Front Line Sales employee in Bancassurance channel, you will network with assigned channel partner teams to build win-win business relationship and ensure high performance by selling life insurance products.

What does the job entail?

You will also accompany the channel partner teams on pre and post sales such as claim settlement.
