Job summary

HDFC Life is seeking a Corporate Agency Manager - Banca to drive sales through Bancassurance partnerships. This field role requires traveling within the assigned location to meet channel partner teams and customers and to deliver on topline targets.

You will build rewarding professional relationships with partners, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and participate in pre- and post-sales activities such as claim settlements while embracing technology-driven sales processes.

As a Front Line Sales employee in Bancassurance channel, you will network with assigned channel partner teams to build win-win business relationship and ensure high performance by selling life insurance products.

What does the job entail?

It is a field job. You will have to travel within the assigned location to meet channel partner teams and customers.

You will be evaluated on your ability to meet the business targets (Top line, Persistency, Product mix) by collaborating with and driving channel partners.

You will also accompany the channel partner teams on pre and post sales such as claim settlement.

Age: 21 - 38 years

Education: Graduation in any stream

Minimum Sales Experience: 6 months to 4 years
