Job summary

HDFC Life is seeking a Corporate Agency Manager - Banca to drive Bancassurance sales through channel partners. The role requires field engagement across locations, travel within the assigned area, and strong relationship-building with partner teams to achieve top-line and product-mix targets.

You will represent HDFC Life in meetings, onboard partners, and support pre- and post-sales activities including claim settlements, using technology-driven approaches to improve sales effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any stream.
• 6 months to 4 years of sales experience.
• Willing to travel within the assigned location.
• Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to influence.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the assigned location to meet channel partner teams and customers.
• Work towards meeting business targets (top line, persistency, product mix) with channel partners.
• Accompany channel partners on pre- and post-sales activities such as claim settlements.
• Learn and apply technology/mobility enhancements to comply with the Sales Management Process.

As a Front Line Sales employee in Bancassurance channel, you will network with assigned channel partner teams to build win-win business relationship and ensure high performance by selling life insurance products.

What does the job entail?

It is a field job. You will have to travel within the assigned location to meet channel partner teams and customers.

You will be evaluated on your ability to meet the business targets (Top line, Persistency, Product mix) by collaborating with and driving channel partners.

You will also accompany the channel partner teams on pre and post sales such as claim settlement.
