Job summary

HDFC Life is seeking a Corporate Agency Manager - Bancassurance to drive field sales through Bancassurance partners. The role requires travel within the assigned location to meet channel partners and customers, with a focus on achieving top-line and product-mix targets while upholding ethics and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of experience in sales, graduates from any stream, and strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence others.

As a Front Line Sales employee in Bancassurance channel, you will network with assigned channel partner teams to build win-win business relationship and ensure high performance by selling life insurance products.

What does the job entail?

You will also accompany the channel partner teams on pre and post sales such as claim settlement.

Education: Graduation in any stream
