Position: Sales Coordinator
Reporting to: Sr.Vice President

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Coordination

• Act as the central point of contact for sales-related inquiries and communication within the organization and with clients.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of sales operations, including order processing, client follow-ups, and delivery schedules.

Client Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Provide proactive support to customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

Techno-Commercial Expertise

• Leverage technical and commercial knowledge to guide clients on product specifications and solutions tailored to their requirements.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and commercial terms, ensuring alignment with company policies.

Reporting and Analysis

• Generate and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for regular updates to the Sr.Vice President.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely order fulfillment and payment collection.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for enhancing customer engagement.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
