Job summary

J S Corrupack Pvt. Ltd. in Savli, Vadodara, Gujarat invites a proactive Sales Coordinator to join our Sales & Marketing team. You will coordinate orders, schedules, dispatches and quality parameters, prepare quotations and proforma invoices, and maintain accurate customer records.

You will work with production, planning and dispatch teams, track delivery timelines, handle customer inquiries, and generate regular sales MIS reports to monitor targets and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in commerce, business administration, marketing or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP and email communication.
• 1-4 years of experience in sales coordination, customer support or order management.
• Experience in corrugation, packaging, paper, printing or manufacturing industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sales coordination and handling customer orders, schedules, dispatches and quality parameters.
• Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales docs.
• Enter orders into ERP/system and coordinate with production, planning, dispatch.
• Track delivery timelines and communicate delays.
• Maintain customer order records and status updates.
• MIS & reporting: prepare sales reports; track targets.
• Documentation & compliance: maintain POs, schedules, dispatch documents.
• Cross-functional communication to meet customer requirements.

• Sales Coordination
• Coordinate with customers regarding orders, schedules, dispatches , quality parameters .
• Prepare quotations, Proforma Invoices, and sales-related documentation.
• Follow up with customers for order confirmations and pending approvals.
• Maintain customer order records and status updates.
• Order Processing
• Enter orders into ERP/system accurately.
• Coordinate with production, planning, dispatch and other departments as required.
• Track delivery timelines and communicate delays proactively.
• Customer Communication
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally . Co-ordinate effectively for required developments .
• Share dispatch details, invoices, logistics updates, development updates , other details as required proactively .
• Maintain strong customer relationships.
• MIS & Reporting
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Track sales targets vs achievement - customer-wise, product-wise. Follow up internally and from customers to achieve targeted sales.
• Maintain data related to pending orders, collections, and customer feedback precisely.
• Documentation & Compliance
• Maintain records of POs, schedules, specifications, updates in schedules or specifications or else and dispatch documents. Prepare customer-wise registers.
• Ensure proper filing and document control.
• Support audit/document verification requirements.
• Cross-Functional Communication and Alignment Considering customer service in terms of order dispatch, quality, developments, change in requirements, pricing, and sampling, a Sales Coordinator needs to communicate effectively and efficiently within the organization to meet customer requirements.
