Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, quotations, sales orders, proforma invoices, and order processing.
• Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and overdue invoices.
• Coordinate with Accounts, Stores, Factory, Logistics, and Sales for timely dispatch.
• Share dispatch details with customers and track deliveries with transporters.
• Maintain customer records, ledgers, and MIS in Winmax/ERP.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries, quotations, sales orders, proforma invoices, and order processing.
• Strong follow-up with customers for outstanding payments, collections, and overdue invoices.
• Coordinate with Accounts, Stores, Factory, Logistics, and Sales teams for timely dispatch and delivery.
• Share dispatch details with customers and track deliveries with transporters.
• Maintain customer records, ledgers, payment reconciliation, and MIS reports in Winmax / ERP.
• Handle new customer creation, order and contract creation, subscription work, and payment entries.
• Coordinate installation and service schedules with the Service team.
• Maintain accurate sales documentation and ensure timely customer communication.

Required Skills:

• Strong payment follow-up and collection coordination.
• Good knowledge of dispatch, GST, and sales documentation.
• Working knowledge of Winmax / ERP and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and customer-handling skills.

Preferred Candidate: Experienced in Sales Coordination with strong payment follow-up, dispatch management, and ERP knowledge.
