Jobitus in Mumbai is seeking a dedicated Sales Coordination professional to support the sales team by coordinating activities, processing customer orders, and maintaining accurate sales records. You will ensure timely communication with customers and assist in smooth execution of sales operations to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with production, warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure timely order

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely processing of customer inquiries and orders.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, and other sales-related documentation.
• Maintain customer records, sales databases, and order tracking reports.
• Coordinate with the production, warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams for timely order execution and dispatch.
• Follow up with customers regarding order status, deliveries, and payment updates.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS.
• Assist in managing customer complaints and coordinate with concerned departments for resolution.
• Monitor pending orders and ensure timely closure.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain proper documentation of customer communications, contracts, and sales records.
• Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners whenever required.
• Perform any other sales coordination activities assigned by the reporting manager.
