Job summary

WOW Softech is urgently hiring for a Sales Coordinator / Specialist (B2C) to support one of our premium clients. Open locations include Delhi, Coimbatore, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Surat, and Mohali.

The role requires 1+ years of experience in sales coordination, customer support, or inside sales, with strong follow-through and CRM hygiene. Ideal candidates may come from Kitchen, Building Materials, or Paints sectors.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years sales coordination/customer support/inside sales.
• Strong follow-through and systems discipline.
• Reliable, organised, customer-friendly, fast.
• Confirm appointments/reminders/follow-ups.
• Coordinate floor plans, measurements and basic inputs.
• Maintain action lists and CRM hygiene under consultant ownership.

• Support event lead capture/routing.
