Job summary

BizAarambh Catalyst Pvt Ltd. is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support the client’s sales team in Noida. You will handle quotations, proposals, and sales orders while maintaining CRM data and MIS reports, ensuring smooth order processing and strong customer service.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of Sales Coordination experience, excellent communication, and solid MS Excel/Word skills. IT networking or telecom product knowledge is a plus; this is an onsite position with opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Sales Coordination or a similar role.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under deadlines.
• Knowledge of IT networking, hardware, or telecom products will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team to support daily sales activities.
• Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and sales orders.
• Maintain sales records, MIS reports, and CRM data.
• Follow up with clients regarding orders, payments, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with Accounts, Logistics, and Warehouse teams for order processing.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely responses.
• Assist Sales Managers with reports, presentations, and sales target tracking.
• Maintain updated client information and sales documentation.
