Job summary

Gourmet Popcornica LLP in Chennai invites a proactive Sales Coordination professional to support daily order processing and dispatch activities.

You will coordinate with the Sales Team, transporters, and vendors; maintain records; and generate daily/weekly MIS reports. Immediate joiners preferred with experience in sales coordination, logistics, or dispatch coordination.

This role focuses on ensuring timely deliveries and clear communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sales Team for daily orders and dispatches.
• Prepare and update daily and weekly sales reports and MIS.
• Coordinate with transporters and vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain sales, dispatch, and documentation records.
• Share dispatch updates with the sales team and customers.
• Prepare invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans.
• Track pending orders and dispatch status.
• Support the sales team in resolving customer and logistics queries.
