Job summary

FORVIA HELLA is seeking a Sales Co-ordinator for Automotive Aftermarket. The role is located in Gurugram, India, and involves back-office support to the Sales organization, data management, and marketing alignment with Sales initiatives.

You will manage daily MIS, data sharing, and distributor coordination while enabling data-driven budgeting and planning with central teams. Strong English communication and Power BI skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales organization with back office support and market information.
• Facilities Sales initiatives and alignment of Marketing planning to Sales Initiatives.
• Produce Daily Sales MIS and follow up payments with distributors.
• Coordinate distributor appointments and agreements; ensure target alignment for daily sales.
• Handle online leads and coordinate with Field sales for backoffice support, data sharing, billings & marketing support.
• Data management and compilation of data for Annual Budgeting with Central marketing and Planning team.

YOUR TASKS

• Support Sales organization with back office support with relevant market information and material to help in day-to-day business operations.
• Facilities Sales initiatives.
• Align Marketing planning to Sales Initiatives
• Daily Sales MIS.
• Payment follow up with distributors.
• Coordination for Distributor appointment & agreement, ( within departments) & follow up.
• Ensure Target alignment for the Daily sales.
