Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. seeks an experienced sales professional to manage the complete closure journey from initial interaction to booking. You will handle inbound leads, present projects, and conduct site discussions to convert opportunities.

The role requires building relationships, managing negotiations, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline. You will also engage post-sale to ensure a smooth closure and high-value customer satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the complete sales closure journey from qualified customer interaction to booking.
• Handle inbound and qualified leads and understand customer requirements.
• Conduct effective project presentations and site/project discussions.
• Build strong relationships with prospective customers and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Understand customer buying intent and identify opportunities for conversion.
• Handle negotiations, objections, and commercial discussions effectively.
• Drive customers towards successful booking and sales closure.
• Handle HNI/UHNI and high-value customers professionally.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and follow-up records.
• Achieve and consistently exceed assigned sales targets and closure objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth booking and customer experience.
• Maintain strong post-sales engagement until the closure process is completed.
