Role Description

The Sales Cashier is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role is responsible for handling point-of-sale transactions, processing payments accurately, issuing receipts, and maintaining a balanced cash drawer. The Sales Cashier welcomes guests, answers questions about promotions and offerings, and provides courteous, efficient service at the counter. Daily tasks include managing queues, resolving basic billing or payment inquiries, and coordinating with the service and gaming teams to ensure a smooth guest experience. The role also involves following standard operating procedures, adhering to safety and compliance guidelines, and supporting overall cleanliness and organization of the cashier area.
