Qualifications

• Experience as Cashier in a restaurant, caf, QSR, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Good communication and numerical skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions accurately.
• Operate the restaurant POS system for billing and payment processing.
• Generate and verify guest bills before accepting payments.
• Manage cash counter operations and maintain proper cash records.
• Perform daily cash reconciliation and closing procedures.
• Handle refunds, cancellations, discounts, and complimentary bills as per company policies.
• Coordinate with the restaurant team regarding orders, bills, and payment-related queries.
• Assist guests with billing and payment-related concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and report discrepancies to the concerned manager.
• Ensure the cash counter and surrounding area are clean and organized.
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to cash handling, billing, and security.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional grooming and communication standards.
