Job summary

SkillLabs in India is seeking a field sales executive to generate leads and acquire customers for tractor loan financing. You will identify potential customers through dealers, DSAs, market visits, references, and local networks to drive disbursements.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and acquire new customers for tractor loan financing.
• Identify potential customers through dealers, DSAs, market visits, references, and local networks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tractor dealers and customers.
• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms to customers.
• Collect and verify customer KYC, income, agricultural, and other required documents.
• Coordinate with the credit and operations teams for timely processing and disbursement of loans.
• Conduct field visits for customer verification and business development.
• Aim to achieve monthly sales targets for tractor loan disbursement.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies and compliance requirements.
• Monitor the status of applications from login to disbursement
