Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Welcome customers warmly, understand their requirements, and assist them in choosing the right frames, lenses, and sunglasses.
• Sales Driving: Achieve individual and store sales targets by actively presenting product features, benefits, and ongoing promotions.
• Store Operations: Assist in maintaining store hygiene, visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and managing billing/POS transactions smoothly.
• Customer Service: Address customer queries, handle minor grievances with patience, and ensure a seamless after-sales experience (orders, deliveries, and adjustments).

What We Are Looking For

• Education: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any stream.
• Experience: Freshers are highly welcome! Prior experience in retail sales, hospitality, or customer service is a strong advantage.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be confident, presentable, and eager to learn.
