Job summary

Pavithran in India is seeking a field sales professional to visit dealer points, retail outlets, and construction sites to generate leads and understand painting requirements. You will suggest Asian Paints products and coordinate quotations to convert orders, while maintaining strong relationships with dealers and customers.

Freshers or candidates with relevant experience are welcome, with age between 18 and 33. Regular market visits and good communication skills are essential for success.

• Generate new leads through market visits and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers, contractors, painters and customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and service.
• Follow up with customers to close leads on time.
• Achieve assigned sales targets through field activities.

• Suggest suitable Asian Paints products, colours, textures, and wallpapers.
• Visit construction sites and take measurements for painting requirements.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers for order conversion.
• Generate new leads through market visits, customer interactions, and referrals.
• Build and maintain good relationships with dealers, contractors, painters, and customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer service.
• Follow up with customers and ensure timely closure of leads.
• Achieve assigned sales and business targets through field activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification: Any Graduate
• Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.
• Age: 18 to 33 years
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in a field sales role.
• Should be comfortable with regular market and customer visits.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / smartphone applications.
• Should have good convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred.
• Candidates who are familiar with the local area will be preferred
