Job summary

Lenskart is looking for a dynamic sales representative to drive in-store and over-the-phone sales with a focus on meeting quotas and delivering excellent customer service. You will leverage product knowledge to explain eyewear options, manage customer inquiries, and use CRM tools to track prospects and follow-ups.

The role requires strong communication skills, a cool temperament to handle rejection, and proven negotiation abilities to resolve customer issues effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a sales representative or other sales/customer service role.
• Proven track record of meeting sales quota, preferably over the phone.
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and CRM software.
• Ability to learn about products and describe/explain them to prospects.
• Excellent knowledge of English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
