Role Description

The Sales Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Sales Associate will assist customers in selecting suitable electrical appliances, provide product information and demonstrations, and ensure a positive in-store experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting customers, understanding their needs, recommending products, processing sales transactions, and handling basic inquiries or issues. The role also includes maintaining store displays, monitoring inventory levels on the sales floor, and supporting promotional activities and online order coordination as needed. The Sales Associate will work closely with the store team to achieve sales targets and uphold customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with diverse customers.


• Sales and retail skills, including basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems, handling cash and digital payments, and working toward sales targets.


• Basic product knowledge or interest in consumer electronics such as TVs, speakers, and kitchen appliances, with willingness to learn technical features.


• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple customers, maintain store presentation, and support inventory routines.


• Ability to work on-site in the Chandni Chowk Area, including weekends and peak retail hours as required.


• Prior experience in retail, electronics, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not mandatory.


• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional training in retail, sales, or electronics is a plus.


• Comfort with basic digital tools and online platforms to support the company’s growing online sales and customer engagement.
