Valliio is an AI operations company for hospitality. Our product helps hotels, bars and restaurants run their day-to-day operations. In Bengaluru, you will own sales end-to-end—from lead generation to closure—with no inbound pipeline and direct mentoring from the founder.

You will build lists, walk in, demo, run pilots and convert pilots into signed deals while shaping how sales is built at an early stage. This is a hands-on role for a hungry salesperson who can travel across the city daily,

Qualificações

• At least 1 year in sales with a target you owned.
• You have run the full cycle yourself, from finding the lead to closing it.
• Comfortable walking in cold and asking for the manager. Rejection does not slow you down.
• Clear in English and Hindi. Kannada helps.
• You can travel across Bengaluru every day.
• Hotel, restaurant or hospitality sales is a plus, not a requirement.

Responsabilidades

• Build and keep your own list of target hotels, bars and restaurants across Bangalore and find the right decision makers.
• Walk in to properties weekly (afternoons for hotels, evenings for bars/restaurants).
• Open conversations by asking how the property runs today and listen.
• Run product demos on a phone or laptop for managers and owners.
• Run short pilots with defined scope and support the property during the pilot.
• Turn pilots into signed agreements and handle follow-ups until closure.
• Keep the sales tracker current: visits, contacts, and next steps.
• Document what works and how you answered objections to speed up future hires.

Valliio is an AI operations company for hospitality. We build technology that helps hotels, bars and restaurants run their day to day operations.

We are early. The company was incorporated in Bangalore in June 2026 and our product is live. You would be among the first people to join, and you will help shape what we become.

The role

You own sales end to end, from lead generation to closure. You build the list, walk in, get the meeting, run the demo, set up the pilot and close the deal. There is no inbound pipeline yet and nobody hands you warm leads. You work directly with the founder.

What you will do

• Build and keep your own list of target hotels, bars and restaurants across Bangalore, and find the right person at each one: the general manager, the duty manager, the finance head.
• Walk in to properties every week. Afternoons for hotels, when duty managers are on the floor. Evenings for bars and restaurants, when managers are on shift.
• Open each conversation by asking how the property runs today. Then listen.
• Run product demos on a phone or laptop for managers and owners.
• Run short pilots. Agree the scope, get the property ready and stay close while the pilot runs.
• Turn pilots into signed agreements and handle every follow up until the deal is done.
• Keep the sales tracker current: every visit, every contact, every next step.
• Write down what works, which objections come up and how you answered them, so the next hire starts faster.

Who you are
