Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
Weekday is an AI-native recruiting platform backed by Y Combinator and Venture Highway. This internal role focuses on outbound sales to Indian startups.
You will own the end-to-end process: finding companies, getting in the door, running demos tailored to open roles, closing deals, and handing over customers who clearly understand what they bought. You will carry your own number from week one, help scale the AE team, and design repeatable sales processes for ten hires.
This is an internal role at Weekday. Not a role by a client.
Weekday is an AI-native recruiting platform. We are backed by Y Combinator and Venture Highway (now General Catalyst). We have built the largest white-collar talent database in India and have built tools to run outbound recruiting campaigns to them.
You will own outbound sales to Indian startups. Not support it. Own it. You find the companies, you get in the door, you run the demo, you close, and you hand over a customer who knows exactly what they bought.
We have an AE team of three today. It works, and it closes. Now we need to scale it, and you will be a critical part of that. That means two things: you carry your own number from week one, and you help figure out what the team looks like at ten. What's repeatable, what isn't, what to write down, what to throw out. The people we hire after you will run on what you help build.
We sell to founders and heads of talent at startups that are hiring. They are busy, sceptical, and have been burned by recruiting agencies before. Your job is to show them, in one call, why a talent database of this size plus outbound campaigns gets them hires faster than anything else they've tried.
If you want a clean job description with neat boundaries, this isn't for you. If you want to be one of the people who scaled the sales engine at a profitable, venture-backed company, read on.
On any given day you might be:
You'll be measured on closed revenue and pipeline built. Not on activity, not on slides.
