Role Description This full-time Sales and Marketing Specialist role at Studiotech Solutions is a hybrid position based in Indore, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week. The specialist will identify and qualify leads, conduct product demos, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle to meet revenue targets. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, responding to inquiries, and providing timely, solution-focused support. The role involves coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, preparing sales presentations and proposals, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and reporting tools. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in training sessions, and provide feedback to improve sales processes, messaging, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams.
• Demonstrated Customer Service abilities, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and issue resolution.
• Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, opportunity management, and closing deals.
• Background in Training, such as onboarding clients or guiding team members on products and processes.
• Experience in Sales Management, including pipeline tracking, performance monitoring, and reporting.
• Familiarity with marketing fundamentals, CRM tools, and basic data analysis for campaign and sales performance.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing time and priorities across office and remote settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to meeting targets and deadlines.
