Participants will work towards sales targets, engage customers in the local market, and complete a comprehensive orientation along with hands-on plant training to demonstrate readiness during evaluation.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of work experience.
• Candidate should be below 28 years of age.
• Sales experience/background; candidates may be considered from any industry provided the experience is in Sales.
• Base location should be the same as the target location.
• Fluent in the relevant local language; average English communication skills acceptable.

Territory Execution

• Develop understanding of the assigned market and execute sales activities in the target location.

Business Coordination & Reporting

• Maintain required sales updates and coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders.

Learning & Development

• Complete the structured orientation, display exposure and plant training as part of the program.
• Demonstrate learning and role readiness during the evaluation period.
