Job summary

ClickBaby Photography in Telangana is seeking a warm, organised Sales & Marketing Executive to be the first point of contact for parents and help us run studio operations smoothly.

You will respond to WhatsApp, website and social leads, qualify and follow up, coordinate bookings, and ensure a positive end-to-end experience from enquiry to delivery.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in customer service, sales, office admin or client relations
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Customer service skills to build positive relationships
• Good organisational and follow-up habits
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, premium client environment
• Long-term commitment preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead Response & Sales Conversion: respond to WhatsApp, website and Instagram leads quickly; qualify leads and follow up using SOPs; handle objections; convert enquiries into bookings; meet monthly targets.
• Client Coordination & Booking: manage enquiry to pricing, payment, booking; share prep guides and reminders; handle rescheduling and client requests; ensure no messages are missed.
• Post-Shoot Communication: coordinate with editor for gallery timelines; share softproofs and final deliveries; handle upgrade requests; ensure smooth end-to-end experience.

  • Handle objections politely and confidently.
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Meet monthly sales targets.
• Client Coordination & Booking
  • Manage the full flow: Enquiry > Pricing > Payment > Booking.
  • Share preparation guides and answer client questions. Send reminders before shoots.
  • Handle rescheduling and special client requests.
  • Ensure no leads or messages are missed.
• Post-Shoot Communication
  • Coordinate with the editor for gallery timelines.
  • Share softproofs and final deliveries.
  • Handle upgrade requests (extra images, add-ons).
  • Ensure a smooth and positive end-to-end experience.

Requirements:

• - 1–5 years of experience in customer service, sales, office admin or client relations

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
