Job summary

Cerebra is seeking a SailPoint IAM Engineer with 6 to 8 years of experience to join its cyber security professional services team in Chennai's Siruseri area. The role focuses on implementing IdentityIQ solutions, managing identity lifecycle, access governance, and provisioning across enterprise systems.

You will work closely with IT teams on build and run activities, develop connectors (AD/LDAP, SAP, HR feeds), and drive continuous improvement through automation and best practices, while

• 5+ years experience in IAM / IGA engineering with SailPoint IdentityIQ
• Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle, access governance, provisioning
• Solid Java and enterprise integration patterns

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years experience in IAM / IGA engineering, with strong hands-on expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle, access governance, access control concepts, certifications, and provisioning.
• Solid engineering skills in Java and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience working in ITIL- and agile environments.
• Comfortable bridging "build" and "run": delivery, support, and continuous improvement.

• SailPoint IIQ: workflows, rules, tasks, aggregations, provisioning, certifications, roles, policies.
• Connectors and integrations: AD/LDAP, HR feeds, SAP, DB, REST/SOAP, reconciliation approaches.
