Job summary

Orbus International is seeking an experienced IAM professional to lead SailPoint IdentityIQ deployments and governance across enterprise applications. The candidate will manage provisioning, lifecycle events, and policy enforcement with strong integration to ServiceNow.

The role requires 6+ years in IAM, hands-on IdentityIQ, and expertise in on-boarding apps, RBAC, and compliance controls. Collaboration with security teams and operations is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IAM experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Expertise in onboarding, provisioning, lifecycle management and policy enforcement.
• Experience designing roles, RBAC, and entitlement policies.
• Ability to integrate IAM with third-party systems such as ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage SailPoint IdentityIQ installations, upgrades, and patching.
• Design and develop IAM solutions including rules and workflows.
• Onboard enterprise apps (AD, Salesforce, Oracle ERP, JDBC, Google, etc.).
• Configure Joiner/Mover/Leaver lifecycle events and RBAC.
• Develop provisioning, aggregation, and connector rules.
• Implement access certifications, SOD policies, and compliance controls.
• Integrate IAM with ServiceNow and other systems.
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
• Conduct code reviews, deployments, and version control with Git.
• Support automation of identity processes and reporting.
