Persistent is seeking an experienced SailPoint Developer to deliver high-quality outcomes in the Security Practice. The role requires ownership of responsibilities and collaboration with stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.

You will work on IAM requirements, design and integrations, and own IGA system integration with cross-functional teams in Pune. A Bachelor's degree is required along with strong analytical and communication skills.

• SailPoint IIQ (v8.4 / v8.3) experience is required.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and stakeholder-management skills.
• Educational background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and understand IAM requirements and existing business processes.
• Design IM infrastructure, complex business processes and integrations.
• Prepare high level and low level design documents.
• Translate architecture specifications to low-level component design and identify IGA customizations for implementation.
• Assume ownership of IGA system integration and work closely with teams to complete development and customization tasks.
• Collaborate with IT security, network operations, system administrators, and application owners on integration tasks and troubleshooting.

• Location: Pune
• Experience: Between 5 to 8 Years
• Job Type: Full Time Employment

What You'll Do:

• Interact with customers and understand IAM requirements and existing business processes
• Design IM infrastructure, complex business processes and integrations
• Prepare high level and low level design documents
• Translate architecture specifications to low-level component design and identify IGA customizations for implementation Assume ownership of IGA (Identity Access Governance) system integration and work closely with teams to complete development and customization tasks
• Collaborate with various teams, including IT security, network operations, system administrators, and application owners on systems integration tasks, dependencies, and troubleshooting issues
• Assign and review work packets delivered by the team

• SailPoint IIQ (v8.4 / v8.3)
• Relevant hands-on experience aligned to the stated experience range: Between 5 to 8 Years.
